The inaugural issue was released in August of
1999; the final issue was sent out in May, 2003. Options
is now available online as www.csdcotac.org
and will be updated regularly with current evaluations of
alternative programs, pertinent legislation, successful teaching
practices and information from programs throughout the

to submit information for possible publication.
